I am feeling better each week. I am back on estrogen, and I am back in my own apartment now. I will see my doctor today, and I think she will let me go back to work on Monday.Thank you for sending me the photos, and for everything else. You have done so much for me and all of the other patients. I do miss you.
A part of my story in http://www.geocities.com/sherrylanina/SRS.html.
“… My SRS experience was not perfect, but I believe that it did provide me with good results. Although I had a frightfully confusing first night after surgery, my overall experience was wonderful. I do know that Dr. Kamol’s staff took very good care of me when I was so limited during my first week, and continued to look after me long afterwards. Jaruwan was always quick to comfort and reassure me at any time, whether I had completed a long and anxious flight across the Pacific, or needed to endure an unpleasant procedure at the hospital. Every person on Dr. Kamol’s staff went above and beyond the call of duty, and went so far out of their way for me…”
Thankful hugs,

I have not forgotten all of you it is just that I have been busy working hard. I will be coming to Thailand next year and I will be so glad to see all of you. Tell Aom that I still cannot make the broccoli and shrimp the way that she makes it. Please tell Dr. Kamol that I will be forever grateful for the fantastic way everything turned out and my life is so much better now that I'm complete.
I will be sending some pictures of me in about two weeks. I do look forward to hearing from you.
Love always,

Just a note to let you know that I got back to UK safely!!
Also to say a big thank you to Dr. Kamol, yourself, Angela and everybody else at the clinic for all your kindness and care, it was so very much appreciated!! They always say that nurses make the worst patients, but the care I received at the clinic was absolutely top class and I don't believe I would have got better care anywhere else!! ………..
Thank you once again for taking such good care of me and perhaps I will be able to come to Thailand for a holiday sometime as i would love to see more of your beautiful country.
Warmest regards,
Tanya, UK

I finally made it back home here in Toronto on Friday about 6 pm local time. Thank you so much for the donut ring to sit on because my bottom was still quite tender. I’m sure that other patients who have SRS will also like the donut ring for their travel comfort too. I’d like to thank all of you for all the help and understanding that you showed me on my trip to see Dr. Kamol.
Today I cried when I woke up because I am so happy to see the perfect results of my surgery. It looks too good to be true, but it is true. Jaruwan, Angela, Jenny and all the rest of the staff are all so kind to me, and it was so fun to share laughter with you all. When I was in Bangkok I was homesick for Toronto, now I’m in Toronto and my heart is heavy because I miss my new friends in Bangkok.
I really feel like I am a special person because of all of you’re kindness and care. I have an appointment to see my family doctor here in Toronto tomorrow. I’m sure he will be very impressed with the work of Dr. Kamol. The scar from my skin graft on my stomach is getting lighter in colour and I’m sure it will be invisible by the end of the summer here.
I have told some online friends about the beautiful results of my SRS and I will highly recommend MtF Surgery to all those who seek after all types of services that you provide. The care that I received was far beyond the level that I expected. Please keep in touch with me as I would like to be friends with all of you. Thank you again for the excellent service and kindness that you show to all.
Lots of Love,
Jillian, Toronto, Canada

My earliest memories are of my Mother putting on make up. I found myself more interested in cosmetics and dresses than football. My family was supportive of my choice to be female. In school I found others who were just like me. Because of our support for each other we became like sisters.
It was at university that I decided to take the next step and have sex reassignment surgery. I did a lot of research as well as taking to others who have already had the surgery. They reassured me that I would have a happy life as a woman.
After university I started working in Trang hospital as a physical therapist. Working in hospital and doing research on SRS. I found Dr.Kamol’s name the most mentioned and praised. Among things talked about were Dr.Kamol’s skill and his staff’s treatment of Patients.
From my first appointment with Dr.Kamol I was impressed with his professionalism, integrity and courtesy. From the first meeting through post operative rehabilitation Dr.Kamol and his staff were at my side. Waiting only two months after surgery I was now able to enjoy a full sex life.
Thanks to Dr.Kamol and his staff I can now enjoy life as a woman.

To Aom, Dr Komol and all staff
To say I arrived in Thailand and fell in love with the country would not exactly be fair. I fell in love with Thailand, Thai people, Thai food, Thai hospitality, and mostly, MtF Thai Staff. From the moment I arrived at the airport there was never a moment I felt wondering or questioning. Your staff, are attentive, professional and extremely understanding of foreigners coming possibly for the first time to a far away land. The level of healthcare at the hospital as well as your clinic far exceeded what is available in my country of origin (Canada). My hand was held to the hospital and when leaving the country I was not dropped at the airport but escorted by both my nurse Nui and Customer Service Rep Anna all the way through the airport to the passport control area. I love Thailand because there are no awkward handshakes only heartfelt hugs.
I am extremely pleased with my results of male to female surgery. The hardes,t most difficult thing about my journey to Thailand was having to leave. It is truly the country of smiles and respect. I could not have asked for anything better. I can only hope I can return very soon to see the places I didn’t because of surgery. Please feel free to give out my e mail address for those looking for an honest testimonial or photos of what I saw.
To my new Mom and Dad a heartfelt thank you. Sa wa dee kaaa.! Save me some squid for breakfast!!
